309 Guthrie St: Outfront Media to close north sidewalk for kiosk base removal

Outfront Media, LLC is planning to close the north sidewalk at 309 Guthrie St (between S. 3rd Street and S. 4th Street) to remove an unused kiosk concrete base and repair the sidewalk. The work on property owned by FBM Properties LLC is scheduled weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., expected to take about 10 working days starting March 9, 2026, and will remove the old base, haul away debris, and replace the area with matching concrete.
