534 W Main St encroachment permit to close south sidewalk for kiosk base removal

Outfront Media, LLC is planning to close the south sidewalk at 534 W Main St (between S. 6th Street and S. 5th Street) to remove an unused kiosk base and repair the sidewalk on behalf of TARC; the property owner is Bourbon West Main LLC. They’ll remove the concrete base and replace it with brick pavers, working between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., and expect to complete this and two other downtown kiosk removals in about 10 working days (weather permitting) from 02/16/2026 to 03/06/2026.
