2710 Hikes Lane encroachment permit in progress
Sarah Sennet of 7NT Engineering is scheduled to perform geotechnical borings — basically digging down to test soils — at 2710 Hikes Ln for owner Deborah Sweeney as part of an MSD project. The encroachment permit is in progress with excavation on grass planned from Feb. 23 to Mar. 30, 2026, and no lane, sidewalk, or road closures are expected.
