731 W Evelyn Ave Encroachment Permit Issued for LGE curb/sidewalk closures

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will be doing utility work on Bellevue Avenue near 731 W Evelyn Ave — the property is owned by IDIA LLC — with work scheduled Feb. 20–March 20, 2026. Crews will replace one pole, closing the northbound curb lane and the easternmost sidewalk while cuts are restored under the city's utility restoration policy; line transfer and pole removal notifications will be handled through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS).
