636 S 36TH ST Encroachment Permit for LGE gas work and curb lane closure

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is planning a temporary curb-lane closure and a small excavation to fix a gas leak at 636 S 36th St. Applicant Derek Wilkins (project engineer Lori Boisvert) filed an encroachment permit to close the southbound curb lane between Del Park Terrace and W Broadway and perform a single 3-by-5-foot dirt cut starting Feb. 16, 2026 with work expected through Mar. 16, 2026; cuts will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy and the property owner is Larry Reed.
