12100 RIDGE RD: Lumos Fiber buried in ROW; permit PW-REP-26-00107 extension

Lumos Fiber of Kentucky is planning to bury new fiber along Ridge Road at 12100 Ridge Rd (property owner Brian R. Dettman), with work beginning at the Glenbrook Rd intersection. They’ll directional-bore two 1.25-inch HDPE conduits and pull and splice about 2,177 feet of fiber within the sidewalk and shoulder, so expect lane and sidewalk closures during work scheduled Feb. 11–27, 2026 from 8 AM–5 PM; Danielle Allen is the project engineer, Ledcor is the general contractor, and the crew is requesting an extension of an existing permit.
