422 Evergreen Rd encroachment permit for Lumos Fiber installation

Lumos Fiber is planning to place buried fiber along Evergreen Road between Cedardale Road and Old Henry Road at 422 Evergreen Rd (owner Dodd J Michael), using directional boring to install two 1.25" HDPE conduits and pull and splice fiber for about 663 feet in the city right-of-way.
