1051 ZORN AVE applied for Encroachment Permit

Haydon Bridge Company has an encroachment permit to work under the I-71 overpass at 1051 Zorn Ave, a property owned by Quadrant Hospitality LLC. From Feb. 18 to July 31, 2026, crews paid for by KYTC will repair supporting structures, remove and replace the bridge deck, and excavate and construct new pier foundations for the I-71 widening between Mellwood Ave and River Road — with temporary outer-lane closures on the overpass (only one outer lane closed at a time) and traffic control in place; Ryan Mattingly is listed as the project manager.
