8214 Dixie Hwy encroachment permit for Don Embry Body Shop construction
Don Embry Body Shop is planning a new building and parking lot at 8214 Dixie Hwy. Owner Embry Development Group LLC (applicant Mark Patterson) will install a curb, sidewalk and an entrance in the Maryman Road right-of-way, including a new curb cut. Work is scheduled May 4–Nov 6, 2026, will use asphalt paving, and may require a lane closure though no full road or sidewalk closures are planned.
