633 S Campbell St encroachment permit issued for LGE work

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will be doing utility work at 633 S Campbell St — between E Broadway and E Gray St — from Feb. 16 to March 16, 2026, and has applied to close the easternmost northbound lane and the easternmost sidewalk. The project for property owner Goodwill Industries of Kentucky Inc calls for one pole replacement with line transfer and pole removal coordinated through NJUNS, and any damaged sidewalk panels must be fully replaced per LMPW utility restoration policy.
