1633 Cypress St encroachment permit for solar-powered LPR camera (LMPD #294)

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and pole for LMPD at 1633 Cypress St (owner: Jefferies Ronald E. Jr.), to be mounted in the right-of-way on the west side of Cypress Street between Burwell Ave and West Gaulbert Ave. Work is scheduled between Feb. 26 and Mar. 31, 2026 with about five days of on-site activity; crews will park a van on the adjacent grassy area, and the permit notes a restoration plan and a site-specific traffic-control plan are attached — LMPD contact is Jennifer Corum for questions.
