Flock Safety is set to install one solar-powered license-plate–reading camera and Flock pole for LMPD on the east side of S Watterson Trl at 5907 S Watterson Trl, on the county right-of-way adjacent to property owned by Carmadan Properties LLC. The work is scheduled for Feb. 16–Mar. 30, 2026; crews will park a van on the nearby grassy area, and the permit includes a site-specific traffic control plan plus a restoration plan.
