Congleton-Hacker Co. is planning a Washington St. panel install that will close lanes and sidewalks around 201 N Brook St, with Humana Inc. listed as the property owner. The work involves overhead perforate panel installation at E Washington St between N Brook St and N Floyd St and is scheduled Feb. 18–Mar. 11, 2026, with active installation expected to take roughly two weeks during normal business hours.
