Congleton-Hacker Co. will install steel supports at the garage entrances on Witherspoon Street, requiring a sidewalk closure at 101 W Witherspoon St. The work for owner Managed Care Indemnity Inc. is scheduled during normal business hours from Feb. 9 to Feb. 16, 2026 and should take about a week if the weather cooperates, so expect short-term sidewalk detours.
