3621 Powell Ave: LGE seeks northbound curb-lane closure for gas leak repair
Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the northbound curb lane on Powell Avenue between Carlisle Ave and Camden Ave to make a 3' x 5' dirt cut at 3621 Powell Ave to repair a gas leak. The property is owned by Pena Leonardo Rodriguez, work is scheduled from 02/11/2026 to 03/11/2026, and the cut will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy with project engineer James George overseeing the job.
