13113 Aiken Rd encroachment permit for traffic flagging and storm sewer

Louisville Paving (applicant Amy M. Richards) will install a storm sewer in the right-of-way on the north side of Aiken Road between 13113 Aiken Rd and Avoca Road as part of the 13113 Aiken Rd roadway and drainage project for owner Joe Abbott. The temporary permit runs 2/9/2026–4/1/2026 and work will follow Metro restoration standards. Expect intermittent flagging that shifts traffic from the westbound to eastbound lanes between about 9–3—short, occasional traffic control rather than a full road closure.
