637 Baxter Ave encroachment permit issued for curb lane and sidewalk closures

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will be doing utility work on Baxter Ave between Rogers St and E Broadway at 637 Baxter Ave beginning February 10, 2026, for about four weeks. They’ll close the westbound curb lane and the northernmost sidewalk to replace one pole, with line transfer and pole removal coordinated through NJUNS, and any damaged sidewalk panels must be replaced in full under LMPW policy.
