1605 Flat Rock Rd Encroachment Permit issued for LGE curb lane work

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the westbound curb lane on Flat Rock Road between Long Run Park Road and Carabiner Way to perform a pole replacement at 1605 Flat Rock Rd. The work for Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government includes a single 3' x 5' dirt cut, with cuts restored under the Metro utility restoration policy and line transfer/pole removal notifications handled through NJUNS; crews are scheduled Feb. 9–Mar. 9, 2026.
