14620 AIKEN RD Encroachment Permit issued for gas service work

Louisville Gas and Electric has been issued an encroachment permit to install a new gas service at 14620 Aiken Rd on property owned by Lake Forest Country Club Inc. The job includes five street cuts — two 3' x 60' asphalt cuts and three dirt cuts (3' x 30', 3' x 130', and 3' x 240') — with planned eastbound and westbound curb lane closures (not at the same time). LGE will recess plates and follow LMPW restoration policy to repair the cuts; the work is scheduled between Feb 16 and Mar 31, 2026, and is a continuation of a prior permit that hasn’t started yet.
