2109 WROCKLAGE AVE applied for two residential parking signs

Molly Hyman is asking the city to post two residential-parking signs in front of 2109 Wrocklage Ave after new commercial activity at Wrocklage and Bardstown Road has eaten up nearby street parking. Owner Maryellen Wade Hyman is listed on the encroachment-permit request, which proposes installing the two signs between March 1 and June 1, 2026 to help reclaim curb space for neighbors.
