6400 River Rd encroachment curb cut permit requested

Applicant Diego A Araujo is asking to create an 18-foot curb cut entrance at 6400 River Rd so crews can actually access the site for maintenance — right now there’s no access. The work, for owner Simpsonville BM Properties LLC, is planned as a single dirt/grass street cut from Feb. 7–15, 2026, and the record notes no lane, sidewalk, or road closures are expected.
