815 S 45TH ST encroachment permit PW-REP-26-00276 issued
Louisville Water Company (project contact Chance Shely) is getting a continuation encroachment permit to install a water main between S 45th St and S 44th St, with work tied to 815 S 45th St — owned by Michael and Wanda Holt.
Work is scheduled 02/01/2026–02/28/2026 and will close the road and sidewalk at times while crews make multiple 4-foot utility cuts and dirt excavations along Garland Ave and Loretto Ave (including a 4'×125' sidewalk cut); roads will be plated and reopened at the end of shifts, restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, and contractor Seven Seas Construction with inspector Moe Manley are overseeing the project.
