332 Boxley Ave encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure

Hutchins Telecom, via applicant Chris Lindsey of Yates Engineering Services and contractor Scott Heun, has an encroachment permit to close the curb lane on Boxley Ave to overlash aerial fiber optic cable up to 332 Boxley Ave, a property owned by Alro Steel Corporation. The short-term work is scheduled 02/09/2026–02/13/2026 with flaggers and mobile operations, no pavement restoration planned, and residents from 2799 S Floyd St to 332 Boxley Ave will get in-person notices and dated door hangers one week before construction.
