121 Central Ave encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure
Hutchins Telecom, working with Charter, will close the curb lane on Central Ave to overlash aerial fiber-optic cable, affecting the stretch from 121 Central Ave (owned by LWW Holdings LLC) toward 2807 S Floyd St between Helm St and S Floyd St. The permit runs Feb. 9–13, 2026; flaggers will be on site, no restoration is planned, and crews will notify residents in person one week ahead and leave dated door hangers for homes and businesses from 111 Central Ave to 215 Central Ave.
