1113 Forrest St alley repair encroachment permit submitted

Lorene Hunter has arranged alley repairs behind 1113 Forrest St (this work also covers 1115 Forrest St), with Champion Waterproofing contracted to do the work. Due to encroachment they’ll restore two 6-inch by 8-foot alley cuts—removing the old cuts, installing #57 stone or DGA, tamping/compacting and finishing with new asphalt cold patches and debris removal; the job is scheduled for the week of April 13, 2026, should take about six hours total, and will involve a road closure.
