2512 Longest Ave sidewalk closure and replacement
Bosse Construction Inc. will close the sidewalk in front of 2512 Longest Ave to remove and replace the concrete sidewalks for owners William D. Lamfers and Kerrie T. Lamfers. The encroachment/curb cut permit is in progress with work scheduled from 01/27/2026 to 03/27/2026 and a $65 outstanding fee on the record. Expect a short-term sidewalk closure and a detour while crews pour and finish the new concrete.
