5709 Bardstown Rd encroachment permit for solar-powered camera installation
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and pole for LMPD at 5709 Bardstown Rd. The work—on the east side right-of-way between Fairground Rd and Bucks Ln on property owned by Dolt Capital Ltd—includes a small 2x2 street cut, a tech van parked on the adjacent grassy area, and is scheduled between Feb. 9 and Mar. 13, 2026 with a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan attached.
