2929 River Rd encroachment permit for solar-powered LPR camera installation
Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reading camera and a Flock pole for LMPD at 2929 River Rd, on the stretch between Buddeke Dr and Zorn Ave. The work will take place in the right-of-way on the north side of River Ave (owner: Ohio River Investments LLC), with technicians parking a van on the adjacent grassy area; it’s scheduled February 16–March 27, 2026, includes a small street cut, and comes with a restoration plan and site-specific traffic-control measures—so expect a brief, organized setup while they do the install.
