830 Phillips Ln applied for encroachment permit
Brian Wood has filed for an encroachment permit at 830 Phillips Ln on behalf of the Plantmix Asphalt Industry of Kentucky for the PAIKY Winter Training School. The short, two-day request (Feb. 4–5, 2026) sets up two shuttle pick-up/drop-off spots and temporary parking on bagged meters to shuttle attendees from the Crown Plaza to downtown spots like 4th Street Live and Whiskey Row; the property owner is listed as the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
