703 FAIRHILL DR: LGE dirt cut to repair gas leak; westbound curb lane closure

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the westbound curb lane on Fairhill Drive to perform a single 3' x 5' dirt cut and repair a gas leak at 703 Fairhill Dr. The property owner, Steven Baughman, is listed and the work is scheduled Jan. 29–Feb. 26, 2026; the excavation will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy.
