5105 Stout Blvd encroachment permit to close Northbound curb lane

Louisville Gas and Electric, via applicant Kaitlyn Downs, will close the northbound curb lane on Stout Boulevard between Waltlee Road and Michael Edward Drive to perform a single 3' x 5' dirt cut to renew a gas service at 5105 Stout Blvd, which is owned by Richard C. McDonald. The excavation is scheduled January 28–February 25, 2026, will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy, and lists Jason Owens as the project engineer; outstanding permit fees total $460.
