4300 Taylor Blvd continuation permit for shoulder work and pavement cut

Louisville Water Company is back on the job at 4300 Taylor Blvd under a continuation permit to replace a lead service line for owners Alhussaninawi Sattar and Weldetinsae A. Work runs Jan. 25–Feb. 28, 2026 between Bluegrass Ave and Lynnhurst Ave, includes shoulder work with one 4' x 5' pavement cut on the east side of Taylor (the road will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift), restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, and Basham Construction is the contractor — project manager Joseph Sloan (jsloan@louisvillewater.com) handled resident notifications on 12/1/2025.
