1635 BANK ST Encroachment Permit for pole installation and curb lane closure
Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the eastbound curb lane on Bank St between N 17th St and Duncan St to install a utility pole and perform excavation cuts at 1635 Bank St, with work scheduled January 27 to February 24, 2026 and restorations done under LMPW’s utility restoration policy. Line transfers and any pole removals will be coordinated through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS), and the property owner is Russell Phases 123 LLC.
