526 E KENTUCKY ST applied for encroachment permit for sewer installation

Buchanan Contracting is installing a sanitary sewer to provide 526 East Kentucky Street with a sewer connection for the developer, with the property owned by Lewis Ventures LLC. The work on Kentucky Avenue between S Jackson Street and S Hancock Street will close the north and south parking lanes (one-way eastbound traffic will be routed through the north parking lane) and crews will park in the travel lane because equipment won’t fit under the trees. Crews plan to replace any affected sidewalk panels and seed and straw disturbed grass once the job is finished.
