600 Lampton St sidewalk closure permit for window replacement

BJB Inc., with project manager Bryan Bush, is planning a temporary sidewalk closure at 600 Lampton St from January 26 to February 26, 2026 while they replace windows on the building. They’ll close two sidewalks at S Hancock St and Lampton St and use a boom lift (which will be parked in the lot behind 600 Lampton) with loading and unloading taking place on Lampton St. The record notes no cuts to the sidewalk or road so no restoration is expected; the property owner is Bates Community Development Corporation and you can reach Bryan at 502-767-2998 or bryan@bjbrestoration.com.
