Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will be doing utility work in front of Brennan House Inc.'s property at 631 S 5th St, with activity scheduled Jan. 26–April 10, 2026. Crews will close the northbound curb lane and the easternmost sidewalk between West Broadway and West Chestnut to perform a 12' x 20' sidewalk cut to access a vault, and all cuts will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy.
