11000 JORDAIN DR encroachment permit filed for gas service work and curb lane closures
Louisville Gas & Electric Company will be installing a gas service at 11000 Jordain Dr. They plan to close the northbound and southbound curb lanes on Netherwood Ridge Dr between Jubilee Way and Jordain Dr to perform a single 3' x 20' asphalt cut; LGE will recess plates and Louisville Metro Public Works will handle pavement restoration under its restoration policy. Work is scheduled Jan. 23–Feb. 20, 2026, and the property owner is St Ventures LLC.
