1111 Meadow Ave encroachment curb cut for street closure
An encroachment permit has been issued to close Meadow Ave and Orchard Ave for construction of the new Kentucky Humane Society at 1111 Meadow Ave. Applicant Jeff Woeste (Calhoun Construction) filed the request for property owner Dale L. Mattingly; the project is under bond, includes traffic control plans (MOT), and is scheduled from January 16, 2026 to January 16, 2028 as an addition to an earlier permit for the same project.
