1519 BICKNELL AVE encroachment permit issued for new curb cut

Applicant Florian Andre Barrie II has been issued an encroachment permit to create a new curb cut for a residential build at 1519 Bicknell Ave. The new asphalt driveway must be a hard, durable surface no wider than 20 feet within the Right of Way (and up to 50% of the lot outside the ROW, max 32 feet), must lead to the rear yard or garage, and the lot is owned by Commonwealth Bank & Trust Co.; work is scheduled to start January 15, 2026.
