7312 River Rd Louisville Water installing water service with traffic control

Louisville Water, via applicant Brad Walter McBride, is installing a new water service at 7312 River Rd for owner Lodges of Prospect WD LLC, which requires a single 35x8 street cut. Work is scheduled January 22–February 20, 2026, moving north to south between Timber Ridge and Mayfair Drive with one-lane-at-a-time traffic control and flaggers (roads will be plated and reopened each night), and the area will be restored per LMPW utility policy under project manager Clay Robinson.
