422 Evergreen Rd: Lumos Fiber encroachment permit PW-REP-26-00106 filed

Lumos Fiber of Kentucky plans to bury new fiber along Evergreen Road between Cedardale Road and Old Henry Road, running about 663 feet in the city right-of-way near 422 Evergreen Rd (owner Dodd J Michael). The work is directional boring only—installing two 1.25" HDPE conduits, pulling and splicing fiber, and will affect the sidewalk and shoulder with lane and sidewalk closures during 8 AM–5 PM workdays from Jan 19 to Feb 6, 2026; Danielle Allen is the project engineer, Kendall Faulkner the construction manager, and Ledcor (Rodney Horning) is the general contractor, and this request is to extend a prior permit.
