1735 W Burnett Ave encroachment permit issued for water vault repairs

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) will be repairing meter and water vaults along W Burnett Ave between McKloskey Ave and S 17th St, including work at 1735 W Burnett Ave, which is owned by 1419 Dixie Equities I LLC. Crews won’t excavate the street but will work from the parking lane and may implement lane closures and rolling traffic control as the work progresses; they’ll make one 5x5 sidewalk cut that must be replaced within 48 hours. The project runs Jan. 20–Mar. 20 and restoration will follow Louisville Metro Public Works utility policy.
