1000 Samuel St encroachment permit issued for LGE pole replacement

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) has an encroachment permit for work at 1000 Samuel St, a property owned by William T. Starnes. They plan to close the eastbound curb lane and the southernmost sidewalk on Samuel Street between the dead end and Wetterau Avenue from January 20 to February 17, 2026 while they replace 25 utility poles.
