201 N Brook St encroachment permit for canopy install and sidewalk closure

Congleton-Hacker Co. is installing an overhead canopy at 201 N Brook St. for owner Humana Inc., and the project will require temporary sidewalk closures while the work is done. The job is scheduled between Jan. 19 and Jan. 30, 2026, but should take roughly four business days during normal hours; meters will be bagged for Humana delivery trucks and the record notes there should be no traffic impacts.
