4322 Diamond Way encroachment permit issued for gas leak repair

Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) will close the southbound curb lane on Diamond Way between Veronica Drive and Dohn Avenue to perform a single 3' x 5' dirt cut to repair a gas leak at 4322 Diamond Way. The property is owned by Brooks Kurieon Brunett; work is scheduled Jan. 20–Feb. 17, 2026, and the cut will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy (project engineer James George is listed as the contact).
