1300 SCHILLER AVE Encroachment Permit Issued for LGE utility work
Louisville Gas and Electric is planning utility work on Schiller Avenue between Ellison Avenue and the dead end that will close the southbound curb lane and the westernmost sidewalk near 1300 Schiller Ave. Crews will replace three poles from Jan. 20 to Feb. 17, 2026; cuts will be restored under LMPW’s utility restoration policy, all damaged sidewalk panels must be replaced in full, and line-transfer/pole-removal notifications will be handled through NJUNS — the property is owned by Jeffrey Matthew Jarrell.
