1213 REUTLINGER AVE encroachment permit issued for LGE work

Louisville Gas and Electric is scheduled to replace 14 utility poles along Reutlinger Avenue between East Oak Street and Ellison Avenue, a project that will affect 1213 Reutlinger Ave, owned by Mary Acquisto. From Jan. 20 to Feb. 17, 2026, crews will stage curb-lane and sidewalk closures (north/south curb lanes and the eastern and westernmost sidewalks will be closed in phases), all work will be restored under Louisville Metro Public Works’ utility restoration policy, damaged sidewalk panels must be fully replaced, and line transfers/pole removals are being coordinated through the national utilities notification system.
