2501 S Pope Lick Rd Encroachment Permit for Box Culvert Repair

Hall Contracting of KY (applicant Bill Robinson) will rehabilitate the three-sided box culvert owned by Louisville Metro Public Works at 2501 S Pope Lick Rd, repairing the footings, walls and underside of the structure about 1.1 miles north of Taylorsville Road. The project runs January 9–March 2, 2026 as a unit-bid structure rehabilitation with associated road work and will require a road closure, so expect crews, equipment and detours in the area while repairs are underway.
