Louisville Gas and Electric (applicant Kaitlyn Downs) is scheduling a repair for a gas leak at 514 W Liberty St and will close the eastbound curb lanes on W Liberty between S 6th St and Armory Pl during the work. The crew will make a single 5' x 7' asphalt cut with excavation from Jan. 16 to Feb. 13, 2026, and LGE says the cut will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy with plates to be reassessed afterward.
