102 N GALT AVE Encroachment Permit Issued for Robinson Pipe Cleaning Project
Robinson Pipe Cleaning (RPC), with applicant TRC, LLC’s Andrew Meyer, will do point repairs and install multiple manholes along N Galt Ave at 102 N Galt Ave, between Frankfort Ave and the dead end. Expect a single-lane closure (no sidewalk closures), about ten 4'x8' road cuts to access the 8" sewer and 15" storm line, full restoration per LMPW policy, and a project paid for by MSD; the property owner is Patricia K. Melican and work is scheduled roughly Jan. 15–May 1, 2026.
